Latest health IT integrations by Personify Care, Core Schedule and more briefs
Personify Care integrates e-referral management
Personify Care has recently entered into a partnership with Consultmed to digitise end-to-end patient pathways.
They will work on an interoperable solution by integrating Consultmed’s e-referral platform with Personify Care’s digital patient pathways. “This means that at every stage, from going to your GP, referral, triage, consent, pre-admission and discharge, the process is seamless, and we prevent unnecessary duplication and variation in care,” explained Consultmed CEO Vikram Palit.
The integrated solution will be launched at Wandi Nerida, a Queensland-based specialist residential eating disorder recovery centre, later this year, according to a media release.
This latest collaboration followed last month’s announcement of Personify Care’s technology integrations with Canada-based digital referral software provider Novari Health and healthcare communications platform Foxo.
Core Schedule simplifies scheduling with TimeSmart
Core Schedule, a provider of staff rostering solutions, and healthcare contract management technology provider TimeSmart.AI have partnered to integrate their solutions to simplify scheduling and resource allocation for healthcare organisations.
Based on a media release, their combined offering will enable real-time data sharing to provide a comprehensive view of a hospital’s operations and assist in optimising doctors’ schedules.

These projects will be implemented, tested, and evaluated over the next 12 months, said HNECC PHN CEO Richard Nankervis.
